Job summary

Pascal Audio in Herlev, Denmark is seeking a Product Owner to shape software powering professional audio solutions. You will bridge business needs, customer value, and engineering excellence to ensure the right products are built on time.

You will define the product roadmap, work with developers and stakeholders, and drive agile ceremonies to deliver high-impact software. This role invites you to influence product direction within a scale-up environment.

Qualifications

Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and product requirements.
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or similar Agile methods.
Strong technical understanding to collaborate with software development teams.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the software product backlog to maximize customer and business value.
Translate business needs, customer feedback, and market requirements into clear user stories and functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with software developers to define priorities, scope, and delivery plans.
Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning in an agile development environment.
Balance short-term deliveries with long-term product strategy and roadmap planning.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and product direction.
Continuously improve product development processes and ways of working.
Help strengthen product management practices as Pascal continues its scale-up journey.
