Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, Innovation Management or a related technical role.
• A relevant technical degree in Engineering, Product Design, Architecture, Building Technology or related discipline.
• Experience working with technical products across their lifecycle and ability to align customer needs, tech realities and business priorities.
• Strong relationships, clear communication of complex topics, and momentum through collaboration, influence and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Shape product roadmaps that connect category strategy with customer needs, technical possibilities and commercial ambitions.
• Drive product lifecycle activities from ideation through launch, optimization and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Development and Engineering to define product requirements, evaluate alternatives and shape future product solutions.
• Build business cases and recommendations while aligning across functions and regions to support informed decisions and successful execution.
