The PM will own the product vision across app, dashboard and payment terminal, driving growth, conducting discovery, and shaping the roadmap with direct input from customers, distributors and the market. You will travel monthly in Europe to meet partners and users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B or B2B2C software.
• End-to-end ownership of a roadmap: discovery, launch, iteration.
• Ability to talk to distributors and engineers about APIs.
• Clear written and spoken English; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Willingness to travel monthly, mainly in Europe, to meet customers/partners.
• Curiosity about how hardware and software meet in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across app, dashboard and payment terminal: hardware and software as one product.
• Apply Product‑Led Growth (PLG) principles to drive adoption and retention through a frictionless end-user experience.
• Attend trade fairs and meet customers, operators and distributors to bring insights back to the roadmap.
• Run continuous product discovery: customer research, opportunity assessment and voice‑of‑the‑customer work into PRDs.
• Bridge Commercial and Engineering: translate complex topics into plain language for both sides.
• Prioritize outcomes over output using usage data, commercial signals and customer evidence.
• Partner with UI/UX, Engineering, Commercial and CEO on alignment and go‑to‑market.

Product Manager, Airwallet ApS (Odense, Denmark) Full-time, on-site in Odense. Start: November 2026. Working language: English, no Danish required.

Airwallet makes shared laundry cashless. Our app and payment terminal run in laundry rooms in around 50 countries, sold through operators and distributors. We are hiring a Product Manager to own what we build next and spend real time with the people who use it.

Product Manager, not Product Owner

A Product Owner prioritises the backlog within a set direction. You set the direction: what gets built, for whom and why, grounded in first‑hand contact with customers, distributors and the market. Our engineering team works with an adaptation of Scrum, but this role focuses on strategy, discovery and commercial outcomes rather than running daily sprint ceremonies.

What you’ll do

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across app, dashboard and payment terminal: hardware and software as one product
• Apply Product‑Led Growth (PLG) principles: drive adoption and retention with an intuitive end‑user experience in the laundry room that solves the user’s need without friction and delivers value to operators
• Attend trade fairs and meet customers, operators and distributors in person. Direct feedback is the core of this role, and bringing that insight back into the roadmap is why it exists
• Run continuous product discovery: customer research, opportunity assessment and voice‑of‑the‑customer work, turned into clear problem statements and PRDs
• Bridge Commercial and Engineering: translate complex technical and commercial topics into plain language both sides understand
• Prioritise for outcomes over output, with decisions grounded in usage data, commercial signals and customer evidence
• Partner with our UI/UX designer, Engineering, Commercial and the CEO on stakeholder alignment and go‑to‑market

What you bring

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B or B2B2C software
• A track record of owning a roadmap end to end: discovery, launch, iteration
• Ease talking to a distributor in the morning and an engineer about APIs in the afternoon
• Clear written and spoken English, and a habit of making complex things simple
• Comfortable with monthly travel, primarily in Europe, to meet customers and partners
• Curiosity about where hardware and software meet in the field

Nice to have

• Experience with payment gateways, payment terminals or fintech
• Proven experience or strong interest in Product‑Led Growth (PLG)
• Experience selling through distributors or channel partners
• Speaks Spanish, French or German
