Job summary

Memora is hiring a Product Lead to own the product end to end in a remote role. You will decide what to build, why, and in what order, and stand behind those choices in a small, high‑trust team.

You will work closely with cemetery leaders, field teams, and families to translate complex realities into actionable product decisions, while ensuring robust collaboration with engineers and stakeholders. Fluent written communication and a track record in shipping software are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product, including growth startup or early product hire.
• Track record shipping software that people actually use.
• Comfort doing fieldwork with cemetery leaders, gardeners, and families.
• Strong written communication; able to draft clear specs.
• Technical enough to discuss trade-offs with engineers and read data.
• Able to scope work, write docs, and chase answers in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product decisions, priorities, and roadmap.
• Lead field research with cemetery stakeholders to ground decisions.
• Prioritize across three live surfaces and justify trade-offs.
• Communicate product vision clearly and write concise specs.
• Collaborate with engineers on feasible implementations while reading data.
