Job summary

Relesys Platform is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own complex frontend initiatives across the platform. You will lead from ambiguity through design, delivery, rollout and learning in production, collaborating with product, design and backend teams to deliver accessible, high-quality experiences.

You will evolve our frontend architecture, mentor peers, and drive measurable performance improvements while shaping the design system and frontend strategy for a globally used SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Led substantial frontend initiatives from unclear problems to production outcomes.
• Strong TypeScript and browser fundamentals with production React/Angular experience.
• Sound judgment in frontend architecture, state management, and API integration.
• Experience delivering accessible, responsive, well-tested interfaces with performance gains.
• Able to modernise large codebases incrementally without full rewrites.
• Clear communication, mentoring, and constructive decision-making.
• Product-minded with accountability beyond backlog delivery.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous, high-impact frontend initiatives from discovery through production, including outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Design to clarify problems and shape solutions.
• Lead technical discovery and frontend design with trade-offs on speed, UX, maintainability, and migration cost.
• Break initiatives into safe milestones with testing, telemetry, flags, and rollbacks.
• Design and implement accessible, responsive experiences while evolving architecture and design system.
• Own production outcomes, diagnose issues, and adjust solutions as needed.
• Mentor engineers, raise code-review quality, and guide decision making.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, Product, Design and QA to reach alignment.
