Job summary

ReBloom, an AI-native fintech platform based in Copenhagen, is building the leading infra for private market secondaries with AI-powered tooling and an order management system. We are looking for a Product Engineer to shape the product from the inside out, owning features end-to-end and influencing direction with the founding team to scale.

You’ll work fullstack across the platform and AI infrastructure, collaborating with founders and clients to translate a fast-moving vision into shipped

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fullstack engineering experience.
• Hands-on in building a product early.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Vercel, and AI tooling (Langchain, MCP, or equivalent).
• Entrepreneurial spirit with influence over what gets built and why, not just a backlog to execute against.
• Comfortable in a startup environment with ownership and initiative.
• Strong product instincts to translate an institutional user problem into a feasible solution.
• Genuine interest in ReBloom and the private markets space beyond the tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Ship fullstack features across the core platform from database and API work to client interfaces.
• Turn product ideas into working software in collaboration with the founding team, iterating quickly as the vision evolves.
• Build and extend AI tooling for agents, retrieval, and workflows using our stack (Langchain, MCP, etc.).
• Own infrastructure decisions across AWS and Vercel, balancing speed with reliability as we scale.
• Bring product judgment and iterate when something doesn’t serve the client or business.
