Job summary

You will set team strategy, run 1-1s, conduct performance reviews, and handle incident escalations, collaborating with product owners, developers, and client teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a product specialist, technical project management, or product enablement role.
• Ability to define a standardized product approach across multiple clients.
• People management experience with 1-1s and performance reviews.
• Experience owning incident escalation and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and direction for the team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Own escalation for incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Translate client needs into scalable product enablement solutions.
• Work with Product Owners, Developers, and client-facing colleagues.
