MAP is seeking a Client Partner to lead and nurture global client relationships at the executive level within WPP’s MAP/VML network. You will shape multi-year growth, own strategic visions, and drive enterprise-scale transformation across CRM, CX, and data platforms.

You will partner with C-suite stakeholders, mentor large cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and ROI, and orchestrate cross-agency delivery to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions for top clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive executive experience leading large client accounts.
• Proven track record of enterprise leadership managing multi-million-dollar global client portfolios.
• Deep commercial and domain expertise across data strategy, customer experience (CX), CRM, and enterprise tech platforms.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the ultimate partner and trusted strategic advisor to C-suite client executives, driving long-term alignment and expanding the scope and impact of MAP’s global engagements.
• Influence our clients’ multi-year roadmaps and business transformations, positioning MAP’s capabilities in CRM, data strategy, and CX to solve their most complex enterprise challenges.
• Lead, empower, and mentor large cross-functional teams. You will set the tone for excellence, acting as a role model who builds confidence, fosters strategic thinking, and nurtures the next generation of leadership within MAP.
• Take full accountability for the financial health and profitability of your client portfolio, driving sustainable revenue growth, strategic ROI, and commercial rigor.
• Translate high-level client business objectives into actionable, revenue-generating programs, championing innovation and MAP’s advanced capabilities.
• Act as the key executive liaison within the broader WPP and VML networks, leveraging global talent, resources, and cross-agency capabilities to deliver end-to-end solutions.
