Job summary

OJ Electronics seeks a dedicated Project Manager to drive software-centric development projects for electric floor heating solutions, including thermostats and digital platforms. You will coordinate across Scrum teams, hardware, testing, certification, and production to deliver market-ready products.

The role requires strong overview and the ability to bring teams together around shared goals, with clear priorities and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical and/or project management background.
• Experience leading development projects where software is central.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software part of development projects from spec to market-ready solution.
• Create clarity around goals, dependencies, decisions and deadlines for multiple teams.
• Plan, budget and follow up on projects covering both traditional deliverables and agile software deliverables.
• Coordinate dependencies, capacity and progress across several software and scrum teams.
• Ensure collaboration between software, hardware, mechanics, testing, certification, production and other functions.
• Lead the project team, set a framework and provide sparring on priorities, risks and challenges.
• Ensure structure, documentation and reporting on progress, scope, timeline, risks and budget.
