Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Product Demo Engineer to own the reusable, segment-aware demo foundation for EcoStruxure IT. You will craft scripts and flows that tell a clear value story and support global sales and partners with scalable assets.

You will work across Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales to align the demo with the roadmap, ensuring the integrated portfolio is easy to show and reuse. This is a non-sales, product-facing role emphasizing reusable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience creating demos, demo scripts, technical enablement content, or equivalent field-facing technical material.
• Strong ability to translate technical capability into a clear value narrative for business and technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English; comfortable presenting and enabling others to present.
• Self-directed and organized; able to own maintained assets over time and keep them current against a moving roadmap.
• Comfortable working across Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the golden demo.
• Write demo scripts and narratives; create clear, repeatable demo flows and talk tracks.
• Develop tailored demo variants and scenarios for specific customer segments and verticals.
• Keep demos current by updating for every product release and retiring stale content.
• Enable sales and partners at scale with scripts, guidance, and assets for global delivery.
• Bring field-demo signal back into product and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging with live demo embodiment.
• Champion the integrated portfolio value over single-module content.
• Avoid bespoke, one-off demos for named opportunities; build reusable foundation.
