Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Product Demo Engineer to own the reusable, multi‑component demo for EcoStruxure IT. You will craft compelling narratives and repeatable demo flows that sales and partners can leverage globally.

This role sits in product management, not sales, and requires coordinating with Marketing and Product teams to keep demos aligned with roadmaps. You will develop segment-specific scenarios, keep content current with product releases and enable a scalable demo capability

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with enterprise software.
• Ability to translate technical capability into a clear value narrative for a business and technical audience.
• Experience creating demos, demo scripts, technical enablement content, or equivalent field-facing material.

Responsibilities

• Own the golden demo.
• Write demo scripts and narratives, creating clear, repeatable demo flows and talking points for sellers and partners.
• Develop tailored demo variants and scenarios for specific customer segments and verticals.
• Keep demos current with every product release and retire stale content.
• Enable sales and partners at scale with supporting scripts, guidance and assets.
• Provide field feedback to Product Management to influence roadmap and priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align product messaging with live demos.
• Champion the integrated portfolio so the field shows the full value of multiple modules.
