Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S is a part-time Student Assistant for Product Data Management role based in Denmark. You will support the Nordic Marketing team by producing technical product data sheets, organizing visual assets, and learning multiple data systems to maintain data consistency.

The role offers flexibility around exam periods, 15–20 hours per week in the office, with a hands-on environment where you can grow into broader responsibilities in documentation and product data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's student at a recognized university (CBS, KU, DTU, IT-University, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with a passion for structure and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with technical data and complex information.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Curiosity, practical commitment, and willingness to learn and grow into broader responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical product data sheets in our new Rockpublish system.
• Select and organize visual assets for each datasheet.
• Learn and master multiple product data systems.
• Maintain consistency and systemic organization of information and data.
• Collaborate across marketing departments.
