Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Professional – Procurement for Manufacturing to own and continuously improve the corporate Procurement for Manufacturing process across Supply Chain & LCM. You will translate strategy into clear priorities and build a robust process network across functions.

The role requires extensive GMP experience, stakeholder influence, and a strong drive for compliant and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment with process management and governance.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional processes and influence stakeholders across organisational levels without formal authority.
• Strong understanding of GMP and quality requirements; translate regulatory and business requirements into clear, workable processes.
• Experience driving process improvements and organisational change, including challenging existing ways of working and making decisions within your mandate.
• A can-do attitude with a focus on challenging status quo and balancing strategic direction with detailed process content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Academic degree within pharmacy, engineering, science or another relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement for Manufacturing process agenda across your area, translating corporate strategy into clear priorities.
• Shape and continuously improve the process within your mandate, ensuring it remains compliant and fit for purpose.
• Build and lead a strong process network across functions and levels, ensuring information flow and alignment.
• Make and drive Area-level process decisions, escalating issues where broader corporate action is required.
• Represent the Area in corporate process discussions, sharing insights and improvement opportunities.
• Lead process reviews and improvements across documentation, change requests and related quality activities.
• Drive adoption of process changes through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide process leadership during audits and inspections and contribute to training and capability building across the organisation.
