Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or similar.
• Typically five years or more of relevant experience combining financial-analysis capabilities with procurement/supply chain experience.
• Strong financial-analysis skills including interpretation of financial statements, resilience assessment and business impact explanation.
• Experience translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for supplier management and negotiations.
• A can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset; strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with manufacturing, procurement and supply chain is relevant; pharmaceutical-industry experience is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve recurring supplier-risk processes, including Enterprise Risk Management and upstream supply-chain risk assessments.
• Assess the financial health, resilience and risk of suppliers and contract manufacturing organisations using financial statements, external risk data and internal information.
• Translate risk findings into clear recommendations for supplier management, negotiations, mitigation and escalation.
• Conduct or coordinate ad hoc financial-risk assessments, including due diligence and insolvency-related cases.
• Analyse tariff, commodity, pricing and other market exposures and link findings to procurement and budget decisions.
• Co-own the Unit Price Budget process, supporting preparation, guidance, data consolidation and communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and improve analytical approaches, governance, templates and digital workflows.
• Contribute to guidance, knowledge sharing and capability building across stakeholder groups.
