National Oilwell Varco Denmark I/S is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support day-to-day procurement activities, maintain ERP records, and help standardize processes. The role collaborates with Buyers and Supply Chain, ensuring accurate documentation and data across systems in a fast-paced, international environment.
The successful candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years experience, strong organization, Excel and ERP proficiency, and excellent English communication
As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will support the Procurement team by ensuring procurement documentation, operational data, and processes are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business requirements.
Working closely with Buyers, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders, you will provide day-to-day operational support, maintain procurement documentation and ERP data, and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of procurement processes. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
