Job summary

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support the procurement team with day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation upkeep, and ERP data maintenance. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 2–3 years of relevant procurement, supply chain, or operations experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Job description

As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will support the Procurement team by ensuring procurement documentation, operational data, and processes are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business requirements.

Working closely with Buyers, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders, you will provide day-to-day operational support, maintain procurement documentation and ERP data, and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of procurement processes. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.

Approximately 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a similar operational role.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience working with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

A proactive mindset and the confidence to identify inconsistencies and suggest improvements.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
