National Oilwell Varco is seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist based in Brøndby, Denmark. In this role, you will coordinate documentation activities across various teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of project documentation. You will play a vital role in customer satisfaction and project success by maintaining high-quality standards throughout the documentation process.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience with technical documentation in manufacturing or engineering environments. Strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in English are essential.
As a Quality Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of Manufacturing Data Books (MDBs) and project documentation packages that meet customer, contractual, regulatory, and NOV requirements.
Working as part of our Quality Documentation team in Brøndby, you will coordinate documentation activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Projects, and Suppliers to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, compliant, and delivered on schedule. This role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively drive documentation activities in a dynamic project environment.
You will become a key contributor to customer satisfaction and project success by ensuring transparency, traceability, and quality throughout the documentation process.
