Quality Documentation Specialist
About the Role

As a Quality Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of Manufacturing Data Books (MDBs) and project documentation packages that meet customer, contractual, regulatory, and NOV requirements.

Working as part of our Quality Documentation team in Brøndby, you will coordinate documentation activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Projects, and Suppliers to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, compliant, and delivered on schedule. This role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively drive documentation activities in a dynamic project environment.

You will become a key contributor to customer satisfaction and project success by ensuring transparency, traceability, and quality throughout the documentation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret customer documentation requirements and contractual deliverables
  • Create, compile, review, and finalize Manufacturing Data Books (MDBs)
  • Develop documentation premises, indexes, and documentation structures
  • Coordinate documentation inputs from Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and Project teams
  • Manage customer documentation submissions and responses to customer comments
  • Coordinate submissions and reviews with customer inspectors and Independent Verification Authorities (IVA)
  • Manage supplier documentation submissions, including coordination of engineering, inspection, and IVA reviews
  • Monitor documentation progress and proactively address risks to project schedules
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable quality standards
  • Maintain document control processes, revision management, and traceability
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within documentation and quality processes
  • Act as a positive role model and contribute to team performance and collaboration
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience coordinating documentation, project deliverables, quality records, or technical documentation within manufacturing, engineering, quality, or project‑based environments
Desired Qualifications
  • Technical Diploma or Master's degree
  • Experience creating, compiling, or managing Manufacturing Data Books (MDBs)
  • Experience within Document Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering Projects, or Oil & Gas environments
  • Familiarity with RigDoc, Teamcenter, Oracle, SharePoint, or similar document management systems
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, API standards, customer specifications, or regulated documentation requirements
  • Experience managing supplier documentation and customer submissions
  • Danish language skills
