Job summary

Energinet in Fredericia offers a hybrid work model to shape and document our OT and IT processes. You will contribute to the standardization of processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help document workflows according to BPMN notation.

The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, experience with ITIL 4, BPMN, and an Agile environment, with Danish knowledge considered a plus. Expect stakeholder interviews and workshops as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of ITIL 4 and process management.
• Experience with process mapping and BPMN notation.
• Thrives in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
• Knowledge of CMMI process maturity.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Documenting as-is processes.
• Designing, developing, and maturing IT and OT processes.
• Conducting stakeholder interviews.
• Facilitating workshops.
• Performing quality assurance.
• Providing ad hoc support for process documentation and development.
