Job summary

European Energy is seeking a Senior Production IT Engineer to design and standardize the OT-focused IT infrastructure across global assets. You will bridge EPC OT, Production IT, IT Operations, and Security Operations to deliver scalable, secure platforms.

Based in Søborg, Denmark, you will own architecture patterns, drive handover readiness, and ensure operations teams can maintain and extend solutions with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience providing infrastructure fundamentals for industrial or distributed environments.
• Experience designing and implementing IT infrastructure or platform solutions, not only operating them.
• Background as a System Administrator or infrastructure engineer evolving into design/build responsibilities.
• Experience with on-premises or hybrid environments, compute and OS-level infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and standardize Production IT architecture supporting OT environments (compute, identity integration, monitoring, and backup interfaces).
• Build and implement reusable infrastructure patterns and baseline configurations for deployment across assets.
• Design monitoring, access, and backup integration concepts in collaboration with IT Operations and Security teams.
• Establish handover-ready solutions, ensuring smooth transition from project delivery into operations.
