Unifypartners in Copenhagen seeks an experienced ERP Transformation Consultant to lead ERP strategy, architecture, and delivery. You will drive transformation programmes from design through delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 3+ years as an external ERP consultant, a relevant master's degree, and fluency in Danish and English. Hybrid work with presence at client sites and the Copenhagen office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as an external consultant focusing on ERP systems or related management consulting.
• Relevant master's degree is required.
• Fluency in Danish and English is required.
• Working knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale ERP transformation projects and programmes.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on ERP strategy, scope, and execution.
• Ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams and translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Bridge business and technology by coordinating between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive business development and client relationships.
