Job summary

Netcompany, Copenhagen, is seeking a motivated Business Consultant to drive digitalisation initiatives across public and private sectors. You will help ensure IT projects are anchored in client organisations and user readiness is achieved as new solutions go live.

You will support change management initiatives, create training materials, map processes, and facilitate workshops with clients. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering tangible business

Qualifications

• Requires a master’s degree in IT, business or related field.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience or strong interest at the intersection of IT, business and organization.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with change management initiatives.
• Prepare user guides and training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
• Perform analyses and reporting on organisational change readiness.
• Map processes and facilitate workshops with clients.
• Define benefits tracking models and prepare communication plans.
• Build domain knowledge by participating in analysis, testing and refinement activities.
