Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Copenhagen seeks two Sales Assistants passionate about Le Labo to deliver authentic, personalised service and introduce customers to the brand.

You will welcome customers, guide them through products, and ensure the store reflects the brand's visual standards while contributing to events and teamwork.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and opportunities to grow within a global prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• You are required to have a minimum high school diploma.
• Retail experience is preferred, especially in beauty or fashion, including cashiering.
• Skincare or beauty certificates are a plus.
• You should be fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach your individual sales target and monitor counter turnover.
• Provide an authentic customer experience by recommending products based on needs.
• Keep the counter tidy, restock, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and your direct manager.
• Assist with in-store services and events; support teammates.
• Handle cashiering and ensure customer satisfaction to boost loyalty and business results.
