The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Brand Activation Artist to drive brand performance in Danish stores. You will partner with management to execute campaigns, launches and local activations while coaching retail teams to deliver superior consumer experiences.

You will travel 80–90% within your district, stay current on hero products, and lead by example during peak periods. Strong Danish and English, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

Formación

• Have retail or field experience, ideally within beauty, and a proven ability to drive sales and consumer engagement.
• Are commercially minded, confident using retail KPIs and able to turn performance insights into action.
• Communicate with impact and enjoy training, coaching and inspiring retail teams.
• Are proactive, energetic and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Are proficient in Danish and have a good level of English.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence, have access to a car and are comfortable travelling 80–90% within your district.
• Are digitally confident, including Microsoft Office and social media.
• Can work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends during peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, events and local activations that drive traffic and sales.
• Analyse performance and turn insights into focused commercial actions for priority stores.
• Coach and inspire Brand Ambassadors and retailer staff on brand services, selling techniques, hero products and new launches.
• Lead by example during key trading periods, delivering an exceptional and personalised consumer experience.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and ensure trade plans, visual merchandising and brand standards are executed consistently.
• Stay current on product knowledge, consumer trends and social media opportunities.
• Where applicable, support the development, coverage and recruitment of Point of Sale staff.
