Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking two Sales Assistants for the Le Labo brand in Copenhagen to deliver authentic and personalized services and guide customers through the brand's offerings.

You will work with a high-performing team, contribute to in-store events, maintain visual merchandising, and support the counter or store management. Flexible to full-time or part-time hours and weekend events.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Retail experience preferably within beauty or fashion.
• Skincare or beauty certificates are a plus.
• Proficient in a Scandinavian language and English (written and spoken).
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers and guide them through Le Labo offerings.
• Hit individual sales targets and maintain counter turnover.
• Keep counter tidy, restock, and ensure optimal visual merchandising per brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers; participate in in-store events.
• Handle cashiering and support customer loyalty initiatives.
