Qualifications

  • PhD in Materials Science, Materials Chemistry, Solid State Chemistry, Electrochemistry, or related field.
  • Hands-on synthesis methods in solid-state chemistry, preferably for mixed-anion compounds.
  • Technical skills in materials characterization techniques (XRD, XPS, SEM).
  • Proven track record of publishing in international journals as leading author.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize and characterize materials for solar water splitting and related applications.
  • Plan and execute research tasks within the project, both collaboratively and independently.
  • Analyze data, interpret results, and present findings at seminars and conferences.
  • Publish project results in high-impact international journals.
  • Supervise MSc and PhD students and support grant proposal activities.
