Job summary

Aarhus University in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks applications for a postdoc position in Mammalian Nuclear RNA Production and Turnover Systems.   • PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics or related fields.
  • Self-driven, motivated and capable of planning and conducting independent research.
  • Strong publication record with clear first-author contributions and good English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on biogenesis and turnover of nuclear RNA in mammalian cells.
  • Plan and execute experiments across cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology and bioinformatics.
  • Collaborate in an international interdisciplinary team with potential structural biology collaborations.
  • Publish results with first-author contributions and present in scientific forums.
