Job summary

Aarhus Universitet søger en postdoktor i neurobiologi ved Institut for Molekylærbiologi og Genetik i Aarhus. Stillingen er tidsbegrænset til ét år fra 1. april 2027 med mulighed for forlængelse til to år og kræver PhD i relevant felt.

Du vil lede et interdisciplinært projekt med fokus på cellulær neurobiologi, proteomik og mikroskopi, arbejde med musemodeller og hjernerivet labledelse samt formidling ved nationale og internationale konferencer.

Qualifications

• PhD in neurobiology, cell biology or related field.
• Experience in cellular neurobiology, biochemistry, genetics and proteomics.
• Experience with mice handling and neuron cultures is preferred.
• Strong publication record and international mobility valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary project in cellular neurobiology and proteomics.
• Work with mice models and primary neuron cultures.
• Collaborate with PROMEMO and Nordic-EMBL partners.
• Receive trainings in grant writing and laboratory leadership.
• Present at local and international conferences.
