Job summary

DTU Compute – Embedded Systems Engineering (ESE) invites applications for a postdoc who will act as the technical integrator of the AEGIS network, coordinating 10 partner institutions and 15 PhD projects across Europe. You will define an interface schema, build a Python co-simulation framework, and package benchmarks and datasets for publication, while co-supervising MSc/PhD students.

Qualifications

• PhD in computer science or a related field is required.
• Strong software engineering skills: design APIs and schemas, build reusable tools.
• Experience writing synthesis texts and turning multi-source input into coherent papers or architecture documents.
• Independent execution: turn goals into plans, follow up on inputs, and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the technical assets that connect the AEGIS projects.
• Turn assets into publications and contribute to papers and reports.
• Collaborate with the coordinator and partners across academia and industry.
• Support AEGIS administration for 25% of your time, including meeting prep and tracking.
• Lead and co-author cross-cutting publications and reference architecture.
