Job summary

Aarhus University’s Department of Management invites applications for a 24‑month postdoctoral position as part of the SpeedyFermHub project. The successful candidate will explore consumer-citizen acceptance, market relevance, and societal positioning of fermented plant‑based foods, contributing to study design, data collection and analyses.

The starting date is 1 March 2027 or by mutual agreement, with opportunities to teach and publish in collaboration with national and international partners.

Qualifications

• PhD in management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience with consumer behavior, food marketing, or sustainable consumption.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Ability to publish in peer‑reviewed journals and collaborate internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design and run consumer-citizen studies on fermented foods.
• Develop online experiments and survey materials.
• Analyze quantitative data and interpret findings.
• Contribute to multiple project phases and publish results.
