Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Engineer in Jylland, Denmark. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing EPOS systems, self-checkouts, PCs and peripherals, with opportunities to develop network and infrastructure skills.

You will handle installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across an assigned territory, ensuring high customer satisfaction and SLA compliance. The position may require travel and shift work, with tools and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance.
• Basic network skillset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-relations skills.
• A full DK driving license is required (training provided for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor repairs; replace modules on EPOS, self-checkouts, PCs, workstations and peripherals.
• Provide second-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment in assigned territory to ensure customer operations.
• Own customer problems/incidents until resolution and SLA adherence.
• Occasional travel; may lift tools/parts and work rotating shifts.
