Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Engineer to diagnose and repair EPOS systems, self-checkouts, PCs, and peripherals across Denmark. You will handle second-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuous operations.

Training is provided, with experience in break/fix, IT, and hardware repair preferred. Candidates should be able to travel, work with minimal supervision, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance.
• Basic network skillset.
• Basic computer hardware and software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor repairs and replace modules on EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, workstations and peripherals.
• Second-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks.
• Install, maintain and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations.
