Job summary

Training is provided, with experience in break/fix, IT, and hardware repair preferred. Candidates should be able to travel, work with minimal supervision, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly.

For the right profile we are looking to develop your network and infrastructure skillset.Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfactionResponsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level AgreementsMay require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights. May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods.
