Job summary

DHL Aviation Copenhagen is seeking a PM Customs Supervisor to lead our evening customs production operation at Copenhagen Airport. You’ll guide a team of Customs Agents across export, import and transit, driving performance and compliance in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll report to the Customs Production Manager and focus on coaching, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to ensure service excellence and efficient operations.

Lead Customs Operations at the World's Most International Company

At DHL Aviation, we're looking for a PM Customs Supervisor to lead our evening customs production operation at Copenhagen Airport.

In this role, you'll lead a team of Customs Agents responsible for export, import and transit processes. You'll develop and support your team while ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Customs Production Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Customs Experience is an Advantage

Experience within one or more of the following areas is beneficial:

• NCTS / Transit procedures
• Customs compliance

Working Hours

• 37 hours per week
• Primarily Monday-Friday evening shift (14:00-00:30)
• Occasional flexibility, weekend, and holiday coverage may be required
