Job summary

DHL Aviation is seeking a PM Customs Supervisor to lead the evening customs production at Copenhagen Airport. You will guide a team of Customs Agents, ensuring efficient import/export/transit processes, compliance, and excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll report to the Customs Production Manager and drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to shape the future of customs operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an operational environment.

• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customs Agents.
• Create a positive and high‑performing team culture.
• Coordinate daily customs operations across Import, Export, and NCTS.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Customs, Operations, Aviation, and Customer Service.
