Job summary

THE LEGO GROUP in Copenhagen is seeking a senior Platform Engineer to establish technical direction across Engineering Experience capabilities and improve consistency of standards. You will work with Principal Engineers, Lead Engineers, and product teams to address systemic challenges.

Over 12–18 months you will push GenAI enablement, workflow automation, and standardized engineering practices, while increasing platform adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear technical direction across Engineering Experience capabilities.

• Tackle systemic challenges across products and platforms with initiatives.
• Grow platform adoption and measurably improve developer productivity.
