LEGO Group is seeking a Staff Engineer – Platform Engineering to drive technical direction across a portfolio of platform capabilities including Cloud Enablement, Container Platform, Edge Platform, Observability, and Hosting Platforms.

You will connect long-term strategy with practical execution, enabling platform adoption at scale and strengthening technical leadership within Digital Platforms & Infrastructure.

Qualifications

Delivered cloud platform architecture across enterprise-scale environments.
Led platform engineering initiatives across multiple teams or products.
Established technical direction and architecture roadmaps across complex landscapes.

Responsibilities

Set technical direction for the Platform Engineering capability portfolio.
Align Cloud Enablement, Container Platform, Edge Platform, Observability and Hosting Platforms with strategy.
Drive architecture decisions across multiple products to improve consistency and adoption.
Support Lead Engineers in executing strategic technology decisions.
