Job summary

LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Staff Engineer - Engineering Experience (DX) to steer technical direction across Developer Platform, Developer Relations, and Developer Ecosystem. You will align architecture, promote common platforms, reduce technical debt, and raise engineering effectiveness at scale.

You’ll partner with Principal and Lead Engineers, mentor engineers, and help adoption of GenAI enablement and workflow automation.
