Job summary

UV Medico A/S in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a Sales Engineer to lead the technical sales process for pharmaceutical customers worldwide. Translate GMP requirements and EU Annex 1 expectations into concrete specifications, support validation, and collaborate with distributors, R&D, and management.

You will identify accounts, present far-UVC solutions to QA and engineering teams, prepare proposals, support trials, and help shape product and marketing feedback.

Qualifications

• Several years in pharma or life sciences, in technical sales, validation, QA, engineering or contamination control.
• Solid GMP knowledge and EU GMP Annex 1 including contamination control, cleanrooms, monitoring, sterility and risk.
• Understand sterile manufacturers' challenges: bioburden control, decontamination, and inspection readiness.
• Able to explain technical solutions to QA/engineering and earn their trust.
• Experience with B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working across countries.
• Fluent English; Danish or other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop pharmaceutical and biotech accounts, with focus on sterile and aseptic manufacturing
• Present far-UVC technology to QA, QC microbiology, engineering and validation teams
• Position our solutions within customers' Annex 1 contamination control strategy and risk assessments
• Prepare technical proposals, layouts and documentation packages
• Support customer trials, qualification and validation activities with our technical team
• Manage the pipeline in our CRM and forecast reliably
• Represent UV Medico at industry events, conferences and customer sites
• Bring structured market feedback to product and marketing
