We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Field Sales Product Manager to lead the growth and promotion of our Infection Prevention portfolio, covering cleaning, disinfection and sterilization across the East of Denmark region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the portfolio within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align messaging and identify opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Deliver training sessions and educational programs to healthcare staff on product usage and best practices.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle tenders and after‑sales products.
- Provide feedback from the field to support product improvements and new developments.
- Drive sales & marketing activities, including trainings, presentations, product launches and fairs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including EMEA Product Managers.
- Handle complaints according to internal guidelines.
- Continuously monitor market and competitors.
Qualification Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably within sterilization, disinfection, water, ventilation, or building.
- IT proficiency (MS Office, Salesforce).
- Experience in technical complex project sales.
- Healthcare system knowledge (tenders, anatomy) is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of sterilization and infection‑control products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
