Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure stable operations in our production environment in Denmark. You will perform preventive maintenance and handle corrective maintenance while collaborating with operators, specialists and engineers.

The role involves a night shift schedule (34 hours total) and a training period of approximately 3–4 months. A technical vocational background and experience with automation/PLC are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational training required or equivalent.
• Experience with automation, mechanics, pneumatics, water and steam.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance systems.
• Pharmaceutical or food production experience preferred.
• Experience with automation/PLC or mechanical punching tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Handle corrective maintenance during breakdowns.
• Work closely with operators, specialists and engineers.
• Work independently during shifts with a team of 30 colleagues.
