Job summary

LEO Pharma in Denmark's Site Ballerup is seeking a Maintenance Support Professional to keep critical technical installations running and support compliance-based maintenance during a major factory transition. You will collaborate across functions to ensure GxP documentation, manage deviations and CAPAs, and contribute to the plan for the new facility while closing the old site.

The role requires engineering background and 5+ years of maintenance experience, with CMMS PEMAC and quality systems

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent (engineer, marine engineer, process technician).
• 5+ years' experience with maintenance of utilities, technical installations, plants or production equipment.
• Experience with deviation handling and CAPAs.
• Knowledge of GxP and regulated quality processes.
• Experience with CMMS PEMAC and quality systems such as Veeva Quality.
• Experience with RCM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintenance across utilities, technical installations, plants and production equipment at Site Ballerup.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operations and support the transformation activities related to the factory transition.
• Maintain maintenance documentation aligned with LEO Pharma policies and GxP requirements.
• Create, review and technically approve documents in QMS with stakeholders.
• Support the structured close-down of the old factory and contribute to a smooth transition to the new facility.
