Job summary

AGC Biologics is seeking an Electrician in our Equipment Maintenance team in Søborg, Denmark. You will own the reliability of electrical systems in biopharma manufacturing, troubleshoot alarms, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support new installations to ensure continuous production.

You should have an Industrial Electrician qualification, 3–5 years of hands-on electrical experience, familiarity with CMMS, GMP environments, and Danish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Completed education as Industrial Electrician or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of industrial power systems, motor control, switchboards, and safety standards.
• Practical knowledge of control panels, frequency converters, and field‑level electrical components.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance planning and execution.
• Experience working in structured, regulated environments—ideally within GMP or similar standards.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting of electrical faults in production and utility equipment, including motors, control panels, and distribution systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on legacy and modern equipment, ensuring maximum uptime.
• Use CMMS to plan, execute, and document work orders accurately and on time.
• Ensure full GMP-compliant documentation for all maintenance activities.
• Support commissioning of new electrical installations and upgrades.
• Identify and implement optimizations to improve equipment performance, safety, and energy efficiency.
• Participate in the on-call and shift rotation to support 24/7 production operations.
