West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead in Horsens, Denmark. The role focuses on supporting maintenance and repairs of process equipment, calibrations, and running preventative maintenance systems.

You will manage a team of about 7 technicians, coordinate external contractors, and work with process engineers to optimize equipment. Strong leadership and Danish/English fluency are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a hands-on maintenance role in pharma/medical devices/manufacturing, preferably rubber production.
• Leadership experience or supervisory responsibility.

Mansioni

• Lead a maintenance team of about 7 technicians and manage personnel.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and drive improvement.
• Plan maintenance activities within Rubberflow and production areas; ensure compliance with PM programs.
• Manage maintenance projects and coordinate external resources and contractors.
• Guide technicians in advanced troubleshooting and optimize equipment with process engineers.
