Personal Assistant to SVP, Sales
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who can operate at both a strategic and an operational level, and who will be the structured counterweight to a young, energetic and fast-moving Senior Vice President, Sales.
Our SVP has a busy agenda, many tasks , great ideas in motion, and a global organi z s ation to lead. With a high pace, and many people and projects that demand s on his time , your role is to turn that energy into focus: creating structure, anticipating needs, and making sure time and attention go to what matters most. You will be a trusted partner who helps shape priorities, protects focus and maintains momentum across the global Sales organization and the wider company.
You will also own the practical coordination behind a well-functioning leadership rhythm, plan energising social events, and support communication activities.

As PA you make sure that the SVP has the fundamentals covered: travel, briefing material, follow-up, and the many small things that could otherwise fall through the cracks .
You will own the SVP's calendar and plan well ahead. You build realistic plans with buffers, and you adjust quickly when plans change, so a demanding schedule remains manageable, both at work and outside of it.
As part of the global sales team, you will be owning the annual cycle and plan ning activities, deadlines and milestones around it. Over time, you build a solid understanding of business priorities so you can make good judgement calls independently.
You prepare, coordinate and follow up on leadership meetings, including agendas, material, decisions and actions, and you make sure agreed actions actually happen.
In addition to coordinating and planning the SVP’s travel, there will also be a number of events for the global leadership group that you will be planning. That includes arranging social gatherings, off-sites and events that bring the department and colleagues together across teams.
You will also follow up on the budget for the SVP's area, keeping track of spending on travel, events and other activities, and flagging deviations in good time. Alongside this, you handle a range of administrative tasks, such as expense reports, invoice approvals, and practical support when new team members join.
We are looking for a profile with solid experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar coordinating role close to senior leadership, ideally supporting a busy, fast-paced leader .
You a re highly structured by nature and create systems, routines and an overview that others can rely on, and you keep them running when things get hectic . That also means that you should be proactive and take ownership – you don’t wait to be asked.
We communicate in an open and honest way, so you should be confident enough to challenge, reprioriti z s e and push back constructively. You are a sparring partner, not just a scheduler .
