Job summary

Shine is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Copenhagen to join our payroll-focused team. You'll help customers by phone, email and chat, delivering friendly, solution-driven support around Danish payroll and legislation.

You'll learn payroll processes, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to knowledge articles and improved customer experiences. This role is based in our Copenhagen office, five days a week, with lunches provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support is essential.
• Fluent in English and Danish (C1/C2).
• Based in Copenhagen and able to work from office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional support to customers by phone, email and chat.
• Investigate and resolve questions including payroll calculations and relevant rules.
• Build knowledge of Danish payroll processes and become a trusted contact for customers.
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, sharing insights with product and development.
• Support customer success activities for larger customers including onboarding and product demonstrations.
• Improve support content by writing payroll support articles for internal and external use.
