Job description

We are seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a member of our IT department you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required making it suitable for recent graduates or individuals with a biometric passport who are looking to gain experience in the IT field.

This role is open to all genders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware software and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer system problems
• Install and configure software applications
• Set up new user accounts and profiles
• Maintain computer systems and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Train users on basic computer skills and software usage

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware operating systems and software applications

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Salary

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. The specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Location

The role is based in Copenhagen however due to the current COVID-19 situation remote work may be required initially.
