Job summary

Satair A/S is seeking a Student IT Supporter for its Copenhagen office to assist with IT incidents and service requests on a part-time basis. You will be the first contact for colleagues, help with onboarding tasks, and support IT operations across a global team located in Copenhagen, Singapore, Beijing, and the US.

The role offers hands-on experience in a large international IT environment, with potential ITIL training and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• Basic IT knowledge from studies or self-learning.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Interest in ITIL and IT service management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for employees’ incidents and service requests.
• Resolve incidents of varying complexity with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT equipment provisioning.
• Maintain IAM activities with care and accuracy.
• Create and share knowledge articles to improve self-service.
