Job summary

Audo Copenhagen is seeking a friendly Audo House Assistant to join our Concept Store in Nordhavn. The role is 25–30 hours per month with fixed shifts every second weekend and 1–2 weekdays, with potential for extra hours during holidays or events.

You will welcome customers, advise on Audo products, assist hotel guests with check-in/check-out, and help maintain a warm, inspiring store environment. Danish fluency is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish required; strong English preferred.
• Experience from sales, service, hospitality, retail or hotel industry considered.
• Gap year or part-time role alongside studies welcome.
• Comfortable switching between tasks and helping where needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store with a warm, professional approach.
• Sell and advise on Audo products, prepare offers, and follow up with customers.
• Inform customers about Audo products, Audo Boutique Hotel and Audo House.
• Check and respond to emails and maintain price tags/signs.
• Support hotel guests with check-in/check-out and room checks; assist with stock and swatches.
