Job summary

CHANEL Denmark in Copenhagen seeks a part-time Stock Support to maintain a well-organized stockroom, assist with receiving, transferring and organizing stock, and ensure accurate stock handling.

You will support daily stock takes, price-tag merchandise, and liaise with the Boutique team. Fluency in English; previous retail experience is advantageous. This fixed-term, part-time role runs Oct 1 to Dec 31, 2026, with hours as specified.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a merit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, transferring and organizing stock and repair items to and from the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner.
• Report defective goods and liaise with the Boutique team to ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain the stockroom in a safe, clean and well-organized manner.
• Ensure merchandise is accurately price-tagged and prepared for the Boutique.
• Participate in daily and monthly stock takes and assist in checking and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of Boutique inventory.
